You learned it during your training; the Sidemount or the Twin – Bi gives you a better position in the water, better aquaticity; which are essential elements influencing the fatigue and gas consumption of the diver. These configurations offer you better trim allowing you to fin frog kick, back kick, helicopter turn and many others; the must for the experienced diver, the supervisor or the photographer filmmaker.
