Decompression diving allows you to safely access new underwater spaces inaccessible with recreational diving. It also allows you to stay immersed longer, while reducing decompression thanks to the superoxygenated Nitrox mixtures.
But also to reduce narcosis and the risk of shortness of breath thanks to the use of Trimix.
