Gaz Blender
The Gas Blender training course teaches divers how to safely prepare Nitrox and/or Trimix (helium) mixtures using the partial pressure or transfer method.
These courses cover gas physics, mixture calculations, safety, and oxygen handling.
This training is designed for dive center employees or technical divers who wish to mix their own gases.
PROGRAM :
The Gas Blender course includes three practical application sessions, but no dives. During self-study and instructor-led review, you will learn:
- The advantages and disadvantages of different blending methods.
- To mix enriched air and trimix mixtures with an allowable margin of error of one percent of the target mixture.
- The potential hazards associated with oxygen handling and how to manage these risks.
- How to demonstrate the steps for cleaning oxygen equipment, as well as the requirements for oxygen servicing.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION :
The price includes everything necessary for certification (materials, e-learning or manual, training sessions, certification, gases).
